Electronics Test at Temperature Extremes
When your test subjects need more heat

A temperature control system designed for rapid cycling and extreme temperature testing of components, sensors, and PCBs has been introduced by inTEST Thermal. The Thermostream® ATS-750 delivers clean dry air from -90 to 300°C to support growing demands for testing electronics that need to operate at temperature extremes. With transitions up to 15°C/sec, the ATS-750 can bring your DUT to temperature quickly.

Touch screen operation and remote communications permit convenient setup and operation to run complex fully automated tests. Its swivel arm and pneumatic controls provide a wide reach for testing and conditioning in both design and production environments.

Matching Enclosure Environment to DUT
From direct targeting to indirect air flow

Thermal characterization and verification, failure analysis, or shock, your goals depend on an efficient and effective flow of temperature-conditioned dry air. Outfitting a Thermostream with the right enclosure is key to test performance.

Standard accessories provide direct and indirect air flow to your DUT: Shrouds (1 to 3"), T-caps (4.5 or 5.5" diameter), Hoods (up to 10 to 12"), and top- or front-load chambers for larger DUTs.
inTEST Thermal Solutions (iTS) specializes in the design and manufacture of thermal environments for electronics temperature testing and conditioning, and industrial process cooling. Thermal equipment includes mobile temperature systems, thermal chambers and platforms, and process chillers. We are recognized for expertise on precise control of extreme thermal environments, -185 to +500C, and rapid transitions between desired temperatures. The iTS family includes three temperature-related corporations Sigma Systems, Temptronic and Thermonics. iTS is the Thermal Products Segment of inTEST Corp, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA.
