Temperature forcing without need for external air supply.
Thermostream® for Office Settings
When you don't have a compressed air supply

The Thermostream family of air forcing systems has added a new member. With its built-in air compressor, the ATS-535/635 provides a self-contained source of clean dry air. Now materials and electronics can be tested in design centers located in an office setting, which typically do not provide a source of compressed air.

Reaching temperatures between -60 to +225°C the unit can execute fast temperature transitions e.g. -40 to +125°C in 12 sec. The portability of ATS-535/635 system provides enhanced capabilities to more labs.

Thermostream Windows OS Update
Current systems shipping with Windows 7

Thermostream ATS 700 and 800 series models have been updated with MS Windows 7 Operating System. System operation is unchanged and transparent to users.

DUT control drives DUT to set temperature quickly.
DUT Control Application Note
When to use DUT control versus Environment control

Device under test (DUT) control is a unique algorithm designed to

minimize test time by controlling your device temperature at set points,

even during power cycling of the DUT. This method is different than the sensor used in a standard Thermostream, Chamber or Thermal Plate.

This application note discusses three methods of temperature control: by the environment, by the DUT, and by DUT simulation.Read the application note.

Temptronic and Sigma Systems - ISO re-certification

In December 2013, Temptronic and Sigma Systems were re-certified as a ISO 9001: 2008 facility. We also take quality practices beyond ISO guidelines.

Our internally developed 'Yellow-Tag' system is one of many quality measures where every employee has a voice in influencing quality. Generated by anyone in the plant, tags are recorded and addressed by management in a specified time period. The disposition of tags are published to the entire company.

inTEST Thermal Solutions (iTS) specializes in the design and manufacture of thermal environments for electronics temperature testing and conditioning, and industrial process cooling. Thermal equipment includes mobile temperature systems, thermal chambers and platforms, and process chillers. We are recognized for expertise on precise control of extreme thermal environments, -185 to +500C, and rapid transitions between desired temperatures. The iTS family includes three temperature-related corporations Sigma Systems, Temptronic and Thermonics. iTS is the Thermal Products Segment of inTEST Corp, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA.
