Thermonics LN2-cooled chillers use liquid nitrogen and a proprietary cooling technology to rapidly chill ethanol during the extraction process. The chiller's small footprint and massive cooling capacity make it adaptable to cool a continuous, in-line flow or  larger jacketed vessel of ethanol.

Thermonics compressor-based extraction chillers use traditional mechanical refrigeration to chill ethanol to low and ultra-low temperatures. These workhorse chillers are available in 18 different models with both air-cooled and water-cooled heat rejection and options for fluid pressure and flow control.
