 Hot Plate for Testing IGBTs

Integrated plate with Agilent Power Device Analyzer

Announcing the integration of a temperature controlled thermal platform with the Agilent B1506A Power Device Analyzer. The hot plate permits automated control of platform temperature, from enclosure ambient to 250°C, for characterization of power devices such as IGBTs and MOSFETs. See data sheet.

Mobile, Low-temperature Environment

For commercial and MIL-STD applications

Introducing an ultra-low temperature control system for electronics design and test. Moving a device from 'hot to cold' quickly requires the abilily to generate lower temperatures than your set point. The Thermostream® ATS-770 delivers clean dry air from -100 to 225°C with temperature transitions up to 15°C/sec. See data sheet.

inTEST Thermal Solutions (iTS) specializes in the design and manufacture of thermal environments for electronics temperature testing and conditioning, and industrial process cooling. Solutions include mobile temperature environments, thermal chambers and platforms, and process chillers. We are recognized for high throughput solutions that combine extreme thermal environments, -185 to +500C, and rapid transitions between desired temperatures. The iTS family includes three temperature-related corporations Sigma Systems, Temptronic and Thermonics. iTS is the Thermal Products Segment of inTEST Corp, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA.
